Orders cannot be cancelled. 

I hold the right to refuse service.

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should there be an issue with your order, please let me know and I will review the issue, then determine the most suitable resolution.

If for any reason we do offer a refund and request the item be returned, you will have to cover the cost of postage to send it back.
